　　五、日常點(diǎn)檢制度和臺(tái)賬制度1、廢氣污染防治設(shè)施日常點(diǎn)檢每日不得少于一次。2、檢查循環(huán)泵及馬達(dá)是否運(yùn)行正常。3、檢查風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常。4、檢查加藥裝置運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常。5、檢查洗滌塔吸收液pH是否正常（pH值8~10）。6、檢查pH控制器是否正常。7、檢查化學(xué)藥品儲(chǔ)罐液位是否足夠（若不足需加藥液至適當(dāng)液位）8、檢查管路、廢氣處理設(shè)施是否有漏液現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。9、加強(qiáng)廢氣處理設(shè)施的運(yùn)行管理。做好加藥、維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)紀(jì)錄，建立管理臺(tái)賬，記錄治污設(shè)施運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)，相關(guān)臺(tái)賬記錄至少保存三年，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)保留不少于一個(gè)月的臺(tái)賬記錄。

　　5、 Daily inspection system and ledger system: 1. The daily inspection of waste gas pollution prevention and control facilities shall not be less than once a day. 2. Check if the circulation pump and motor are operating normally. 3. Check if the fan is operating normally. 4. Check if the dosing device is operating normally. 5. Check if the pH of the absorption solution in the washing tower is normal (pH value 8-10). 6. Check if the pH controller is functioning properly. 7. Check if the liquid level in the chemical storage tank is sufficient (if insufficient, add liquid to the appropriate level). 8. Check if there is any leakage in the pipeline and exhaust gas treatment facilities on site. 9. Strengthen the operation and management of exhaust gas treatment facilities. Keep records of dosing, maintenance, and upkeep, establish management ledgers, and record key parameters of pollution control facilities operation. Relevant ledger records should be kept for at least three years, and on-site ledger records should be kept for no less than one month.

　　六、維修和應(yīng)急停產(chǎn)停排措施1、若公司廢氣處理設(shè)施處理能力出現(xiàn)不足時(shí)，由維修負(fù)責(zé)人通知生產(chǎn)車間立即采用停產(chǎn)或限產(chǎn)的方法降低廢氣排放，保障排放的廢氣都經(jīng)過處理并達(dá)標(biāo)。2、當(dāng)污染治理設(shè)施損壞時(shí)，維修負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)即時(shí)通知車間停產(chǎn)，停止廢氣排放。3、當(dāng)出現(xiàn)應(yīng)緊急事故或設(shè)備損害等原因造成廢氣設(shè)備停止運(yùn)行時(shí)，應(yīng)立即報(bào)告當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境保護(hù)行政主管部門。4、設(shè)備科每年定期組織一次污染治理設(shè)施意外事故的應(yīng)急措施落實(shí)情況檢查。
